Chetwynd Municipal Airport
The Chetwynd Municipal Airport is owned by the District of Chetwynd. The airport operator and owner is the District of Chetwynd. Inspections are conducted by Transport Canada. The Chetwynd airport is a registered airport with, day/night, VFR operations. It has one asphalt runway, 05.23, 4500' long and 100' wide. There is a Company NDB approach to the runway 23 to minimums of 1340' AGL. The airport is also used by approximately 10 locally based aircraft.
