We have closed the District Office to the public effective March 18, 2020 until further notice. We are still in the District Office working, public works crews are still working in the community, and we will still help the public with all their inquiries and applications by telephone or email; we’ll still take bill payments, we’ll still make bill payments, etc. In other words, it’s business as usual; we are only eliminating face to face contact (intentionally overreacting) to do our part to flatten the curve of COVID-19. The water fill station remains open as usual, and all essential services including fire protection are operating as usual. You can purchase water credits by calling our front desk and using your credit card, or you can pay online (please call us or email email@example.com for details on how to do that). You can also drop things off in our receptacle at the front door, or mail documents or cheques to us at District of Chetwynd, PO Box 357, Chetwynd, BC V0C 1J0 Thank you, and please feel free to call (250) 401-4100 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
