2021 Property Taxes

2021 Property Tax notices have been sent out.  Please note as the province is now accepting the homeowner grant applications directly, your tax notices do not show the reduced amount for the homeowner grant, if eligible.  Please visit

https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/taxes/property-taxes/annual-property-tax/home-owner-grant  or call 1-888-355-2700 to claim your 2021 grant.  After the grant has been claimed, and approved by the Province, District of Chetwynd staff will be able to provide you with an updated amount due.  Approval usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
